Lanna Ariel is a distinguished Multi-Disciplinary Artist and Curator whose work delves deeply into the theme of Equality. Her early career saw her excel as a Gallerist Manager and Curator at Caixa Cultural Brasilia. A graduate of the University of Brasilia (UNB) with a degree in Visual Arts (2018). Had her first solo show in Cavan 2022. Awarded as the best emergent artist in 2023 by Soul Noir Festival, Dublin.
Lanna's artistic practice is characterized by an intricate exploration of symbolism within subjects. Aiming to unravel their cultural meanings and beliefs. Her narratives are a sophisticated amalgamation of witchcraft, science, astrology, and mythology, seamlessly integrating influences from Symbolism, Victorian, Surrealism, and Contemporary art.
